England Women recorded a six-wicket victory over South Africa in a rain-affected encounter to seal a 2-1 one day international series win in Potchefstroom on Wednesday.

An x-ray revealed Heath suffered a fractured thumb which means she is ruled out for the duration of the series.
Heath will now return to the UK to begin her rehabilitation with the ECB medical team.

Courtney Winfield-Hill to join England Women coaching set-up for upcoming tours

Courtney Winfield-Hill will join the England Women coaching set-up as an assistant coach for the upcoming tour to South Africa and the 2025 Women’s Ashes.
The 37-year-old is currently coaching with Brisbane Heat in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) and will link up with the group in South Africa at the conclusion of her commitments in Australia.

England Women name squads for tour to South Africa

England Women have named their squads for the forthcoming tour to South Africa.
Heather Knight’s side will contest three IT20s, three ODIs and a four-day Test match against the Proteas.
All-rounder Paige Scholfield made her senior international debut in the September bilateral series in Ireland and she is included in the T20 squad. Fast bowler Lauren Filer is named in all three squads.
