Dean and Beaumont shine in England Women's ODI victory over New Zealand

England Women opened their Metro Bank ODI series against New Zealand with a nine wicket victory at Seat Unique Riverside, Durham.
The tourist’s won the toss and elected to bat.
England spinner Charlie Dean took four wickets as New Zealand finished on 157 all out.
The White Ferns were 56 for 1 following the powerplay but were undone by England’s spin attack.

England Women have named their squad for the Metro Bank One Day International series against New Zealand.
Heather Knight’s outfit take on the White Ferns in Durham (26 June), Worcester (30 June) and Bristol (3 July).
There is a return for South East Stars’ Sophia Dunkley; the opener has featured in all but one of her region’s Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy matches in the 2024 season to date.
