Player of the Match, Freya Davies, was the pick of England's bowlers with her 3-2 from her 2.2 overs, backed up by the rest of the team's quicks Alice Davidson- Richards (3-5) and Issy Wong (1-13).

England's batters reached the required 44 in 5.3 overs.

QUOTE:

England Women's bowler, Freya Davies, said: "I felt really good today, there was a bit of swing out there which is always nice to see. We had just talked about being attacking and went with the positive option and it came off today.

"In terms of plans, we talked a little bit about Hayley [Matthews] as she's probably their biggest threat with the bat, so we had some plans to her but otherwise the aim was to keep the stumps in play and continue looking for wickets.

"The atmosphere on this tour has been really nice, interesting with a new head coach and everyone getting to know each other but we've got such a lovely group so that atmosphere has been great. It's hard to be too sad in the Caribbean.

"Lewy [Jon Lewis] has created a really relaxed environment where we can just be ourselves and play our best cricket and it's definitely shown on the pitch."

On the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, Davies said: "All world events are massive and with where this team is at the moment, we've got a real chance at lifting that trophy and it's something everyone wants to be involved in."
