Knight and Brunt lead England to ODI win
England Women 241 beat New Zealand 211 by 30 runs
Heather Knight and Katherine Brunt led from the front as England Women won the first Royal London x ACE One Day International against New Zealand.
The pair put on 88 for the sixth wicket, with captain Knight (89) scoring her 22nd ODI half-century and Brunt making 43, to see England reach 241.
Brunt then took up the fight with the ball, bowling four consecutive maidens in her eventual figures of 8-4-22-1. Nat Sciver, Kate Cross and Sophie Ecclestone took two wickets apiece, while debutant Charlie Dean also took a maiden international wicket.
