India win Commonwealth Games semi-final
India 164-5 beat Team England 161-6 by 4 runs
India won the Commonwealth Games semi-final to deny Team England's cricketers a place in the final and a shot at the gold medal.
In front of another massive Edgbaston crowd, India posted 164-5 - thanks in main to a fine innings of 61 from Smriti Mandhana - and England fell four runs short.
Nat Sciver's side will compete for the bronze medal tomorrow at 11am.
