England Women take last-over thriller to win Vitality IT20 series

England Women 145-6 beat New Zealand Women 144-4 by four wickets

England Women came out on top in a last-over thriller to win the Vitality IT20 series.

Sophia Dunkley hit the winning runs through mid-wicket in the final over to seal a nervy victory, chasing down the visitors’ competitive total of 144-4.

Captain Heather Knight returned to the side and top-scored - winning Player of the Match in the process.
