    Schedule confirmed for England Women tour of West Indies

    Cricket West Indies have announced the schedule for England Women’s tour in December.

    The teams will travel to Antigua and Barbados to play three ODIs and five IT20s.
    The three ODIs will form part of the ICC Women’s Championship, with England yet to get off the mark following their 3-0 home defeat to India.

    England Lions announce coaching team for UAE training camp

    England Lions have announced their coaching group for the training camp in UAE from November 6-27.
    Ian Bell and Jim Troughton (Surrey) will lead the batting, Jon Lewis and Neil Killeen (Durham) will take the pace bowlers, Min Patel (Kent) will be in charge of spin bowling and Paul Tweddle (Somerset) will be fielding and wicket-keeping coach.

    Six players earn first England Women Central Contract

    The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have announced the England Women Central Contracts for 2022/23.
    Eighteen contracts have been awarded. Six players have been awarded their first England Women Central Contract: Lauren Bell, Alice Capsey, Charlie Dean, Freya Kemp, Emma Lamb and Issy Wong.

    The ECB increase funding for the professional women’s domestic game

    The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have announced a £3.5m increase in funding for the women’s regional game to run until the end of 2024.

    The uplift in funding will increase the number of professional women’s players, grow the salary pot and grow the average salary.

    England Lions have announced a 15-player training group to travel to the UAE from November 6-27.
    As well as offering developmental experiences to the players selected, the trip will support England Men's Test preparation for Pakistan with five members of the Test squad arriving ahead of the Test tour and three pace bowlers joining the group to continue their rehabilitation from injury.

    England Women U19 have announced their 15-player squad for the ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup 2023.

    Matt Mason has been appointed as England Women Fast Bowling Coach.

    ECB announces England Men's Central Contract offers for 2022-23

    The England and Wales Cricket Board has announced the Central Contract offers for England Men's international cricket for the year from 1 October 2022.
    The system, which covers both red-ball and white-ball players, takes into account the likelihood of players featuring in England teams across formats in the next 12 months, whilst also recognising performances in the preceding year.
